Shipping Policy


All shipping rates will vary depending on the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any fees by customs. Shipping is from Monday to Friday. All orders are completed and shipped within 5-15 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions or post office closure. 

All orders received will be sent by  email with tracking number, please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to be updated. 

 Incorrect Address

If you input an incorrect address at checkout your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 Returned Packages 

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be issued a refund minus shipping cost.


Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer return/exchanges​. Once orders are processed or fulfilled there are no refunds or cancellations. If there are any issues with the order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email: info@yadellabeauty.com

Damaged Products

If you received damaged merchandise, please take pictures and email it to customer service. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange procedure.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not be able to issue any refunds. If your package has been confirmed delivered by USPS and you did not receive please contact us via email. 

Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it wasn't accidentally delivered to incorrect address, which happen sometimes.
